Dimension Development Names Joe Frasca as Vice President of Food and Beverage

Natchitoches, LA. (December 2017): Dimension Development is pleased to announce Joe Frasca as Vice President of Food and Beverage.

Joe Frasca has a distinguished career in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as Regional Manager for F&F Realty in Chicago, supporting the company's portfolio of hotels and restaurants in the Chicago area. Prior to this position, Joe served as General Manager for the Crowne Plaza Detroit Riverfront for ICD Sitra, repositioning this hotel for success as part of the Detroit economic renaissance. Frasca's career also includes 19 years with White Lodging, serving as Director of Food and Beverage, General Manager, Market Vice President of Ops, and Vice President of Food and Beverage. Frasca also was the owner/operator of J. Rocco Italian Table in Chicago for 2 years. Frasca's career also includes 4 years as Director of Ops for McCormick Place Food Service Partners, a partnership between the Levy Restaurants and McCormick Place in Chicago, one of the world's largest convention/exhibition centers. Throughout his career, Joe and his leadership teams drove key metrics and delivered premium results relative to guest experience excellence, associate and leadership development, and market leading revenue and returns to all stakeholders.

Joe Frasca graduated from Purdue University where he earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Frasca also served extended time on the Franchise Advisory Boards for Marriott International and Carlson Hotels.
